A2:For quality & material checking, stock samples without customized printing are free to go but postage is not. Freight collect is also for us operating if you have any carrier account.

A3:By sea, by air or by express carriers (UPS, FedEx, TNT, DHL,EMS)
Q4:Can I see a proof of my artwork?
A4:We always provides email proofs for approval prior to printing your order. The only exception to that is when timing does not allow for proofing. If that is the case on your order, we will notify you.
Q5:Do you provide rush service?
A5:Several of bags are available for rush orders.
Q6:What is your turnaround time?
A6:Production begins on receipt of your proof approval. Production times vary based on the bag you choose, availability of inventory, the printing process you choose. Please contact us for specific timing requests on a specific product.
Q7:What are your payment terms?
A7:T/T 30% prepaid, 70% balance before delivery or L/C at sight.
